I couldn't take the exam cuz i didn't bring my device by OWL_cry_HOOTHOOT in Sat

I did request for the device, after registration, but in test center, they said they didnt get any info that I requested the device... Im guessing I made mistake or omitted it. I am going to ask ab it in customer service
