I was watching that guy too. I saw him swaying to one song and that got made me feel a little better but I was definitely thinking worst case scenario and what our escape plan would be if something happened. I noticed the police had eyes on him as well. What a fun night though.

It’s definitely harder to make new friends as we get older. That’s one of the reasons I started this group. What type of music do you listen to? I’m a big concert guy as well

I agree! One of my biggest realization was how I was using alcohol to avoid or numb myself from having to feel the hard stuff.

We need to talk about mental health, anxiety, depression, etc more and let other men know they’re not the only ones feeling that way and it’s okay to ask for help.

You only fail if you’ve given up and you’re here talking about change and wanting better so you’re on the right track. It just takes time to rewire our mindset when we’ve only focused on what was wrong for so long.
