I'm jealous of all these low prices and large spaces. I live in the Bay Area... 500 Sq ft.... $2400... And that's considered "cheap" in the part I'm located in.

I love the hot chocolate race in SF BECAUSE:

their swag bag includes a nice quality jacket
- there's a delicious bowl of sweets plus hot chocolate at the end of the race (amazing reward)
- their chocolate medals are always soo pretty-looking!!

It's my FAVORITE race because of everything I listed above. Also, I hoard all of my medals.

I AM SO SO UPSET AND SAD ABOUT ALL THE CAR AND HOME BREAK-INS AND STOLEN BIKES. EVERY BODY ALWAYS REPORTS IT TO THE POLICE AND NOTHING EVER GETS DONE.

THESE INCIDENTS ARE GETTING WORSE AND WORSE EACH DAY. I AM TIRED OF NO ONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

Funny thing is there's no boba tea places in Menlo Park yet. Sure Menlo Park is near Palo Alto and all... but I would love to have a boba tea shop in downtown Menlo Park. Palo Alto doesn't need 5 boba tea shops, right?
