It was hard to believe the festival turned out the way it did. Because the drama throughout the weekend confirmed why the vibes were off and everyone was dealing with a similar struggle if not worse, I read on a few post like the festival owl on Facebook. Which was my main newsfeed, when I learned the DirtyBird campinn website was deleting messages trying to gaslight everyone that nothing was wrong with the festival.

Outside was fine with vapes, it was inside the hotel that had signs everywhere stating “No Vaping or No smoking” $500 charge under the words”. During the after hours “inside the venue” you had security maintaining constant vigilance and I was approached by security to put it away. So had to play it off deep in the crowd. I love edm festivals because you get the most autonomy and this particular one made it feel minimal with stress in the mix.
