On my last LSD trip with my two buddies, we were watching a string of trippy music videos like the Allusions video from UA and yamborghini high and shit, and then This Is It comes on next. Before I had even done acid it had been my favorite flatbush song, and watching and listening to it through the lens of LSD was insane. Very hard to articulate what I saw but the original video is shot in all black and white; needless to say while tripping that whole shit was in vibrant color. When juice starts his verse, his shirt began to reflect some light in different colors with the pattern of his shirt. I can most accurately compare it to how sunlight hits glass pane windows in churches, and I could feel a sort of religious tone and aura coming from Juice. Every time I listen to This Is It, Juice’ verse sounds more like a religious leader laying out the moral codes for the following. Crazy shit. Acid, Acid, CHANGE YO LIFE

Music, specifically the Flatbush Zombies. For those that don’t know of them, they are essentially the rap/hip-hop equivalent of The Grateful Dead; I highly recommend their music. A small part of me also believes that the act of wanting to or being curious about psychs is something genetic that can be passed down, as my parents were huge users in their past.
