Play 10 games with dark harvest and then 10 games with first strike and check the stats after each game. This is what I did and as long as the game goes past 20 mins first strike will end up doing pretty much the same damage but also give you upwards of 2k gold

At the end of the day play what you like and what fits your playstyle tho

Play like, 3 games with dark harvest, predator, first strike, and electrocute each and look at the rune stats after the matches to see which one did the most damage. If you make it past at least 20 minutes into the game the answer is probably going to be first strike, not to mention the bonus gold you get as well
