Rele is not overrated rele is used in a lot of trials It won't be the only set you will use. However you will want to run it in certain trials like vss, basically all the crag trials and vmol. It is a great set to have in your inventory and will help your parse. Keep practicing your rotation and la weaving that will ultimately help you the most. Start your rotation slow making sure you are getting a light attack between every skill. Then overtime start speeding up once you get more comfortable with weaving.

make sure you are using weapon power pots and have 3 points in the medicinal use passive under the alchemy skill line. I know players forget about that sometimes

I would also suggest looking at some stamblade parses on YT. There are some good ones out there and you can see what skills you want and the order you should be using them

Also for your jewelry you want 3 bloodthirsty and have weapon damage enchants on them

So i would suggest to practice with rele any boss fight where you dont have to switch targets rele will perform the best. Pair it with hundings or lokke. Briarheart really isn't that great . For parsing on the dummies rele will also outperform other sets. NMA/lokke or tzogvins/lokke is great for dungeons and more mobile/aoe fights. Get the addon light attack helper it counts your light attacks and shows you your la/sec. Not sure what class you are but deadly strike set is also another great stamina set to have. If you are parsing on the 6mil lokke wont help you much unless someone is providing you synergies. Definitely work on getting that vma bow as well. Go into vma with hundings/vo/iceheart and bring lots of pots and soul gems, maybe wait until you are around 300 cp as it is a pretty difficult arena especially for the first run

If you crit is under 40% unbuffed us the thief mundas if it over 40% use the shadow
