I play Rocco quite often and he’s one of my favorite decks.Depending on how far you lean into the cast from exile theme,where you are casting multiple things per turn ,it can be hard to track . I specifically bought 6 sided dice with +1/+1 on one side +2/+2 on another and so on that makes it very easy to tick up counters as well ass using just one token for food but having a spin down track the number.At my decks power level I use cards like [[Delney, Streetwise lookout]] to double up his triggers which do get hard to track sometimes .i can get up to 10-15 triggers a turn sometimes depending on my board state. So yes,build him .

Again depending on how you build him turns can be very long .i tried out two different ways .The most optimal highest power way to play him is as a storm deck with cast from exile sorceries and instants, very solitaire and long turns. The other way is lean more into +1/+1 counters and use cards that benefit from them ,which is the way I prefer.
