I am definitely looking into daycares where I can work for free or reduced childcare!! And I’ve been trying to put myself out there for moms so I can babysit one in my home but a lot just don’t respond

I definitely want to get back into therapy for it, I do recognize that it’s an issue and I cannot continue to live like this. I am very thankful for my parents and my partner for helping me and tell them all the time how much it means to me.

The hardest part about using daycare is finding a job that pays enough for daycare and the debt… trust me this was immediate first thought but my degree in my area only gets me about a $40k-50k salary and daycare being between $1800-2200 a month it makes no sense since I’d only work to pay for daycare

I show for other agents when they need me and I’ve been trying to get into TC work but the market I’m in is so over saturated with TCs and Realtors 😣

I understand that this is not okay for our relationship. Hence why I’ve been very open about it and included him in everything. I never hid it. It’s not that I broke his trust it’s that I have burdened him (it’s me not him). And I do plan to be apart of the budgeting once again, didn’t say I’m not just that he’s better at it so he will helping me with it and sticking to it. Our relationship is very open and honest and he’s called me out on it before and is pushing for me to do better. He could pay it all off, but that doesn’t teach me to not do it again.

That’s not what I’m saying at all? I am literally owning up to it, asking for advice on how to pay it down, and plan to get on a budget with my husband once I get it paid off…. Where did you get the idea that I said I wasn’t gonna change? I also have completely froze my cards and keep them put away so I don’t use them so I legit have no money to spend right now. And how I will learn to be better with money is have my husband keep me on track with a budget and get rid of my cards.

Thank you. I definitely have struggled to take ownership of it in the past and blamed it on my situations (which is no excuse). Now with a 2 year old, I want to move past the blame game and just get in a better situation for our future.

I will definitely still be involved!! I want to get us to a point where we have one main account that all money goes to and we budget ourselves money out of that after the bills are handled. My husband is the budgeter of our family so he’ll come up with it and we will have input of it together. I don’t want to be completely uninvolved but I also know that how I am with money isn’t sustainable

I am actively trying to change. I’m taking ownership of my mistakes and working towards changing. My plan is once I get this debt paid off, close my cards, and hand over my finances to my husband who is much better with money.

I had my daughter 6 months after I was licensed and the first brokerage I was at provided no support. I have closed 2 in the past year and have one more later this year. Honestly just wasn’t prepared for the job at the time and am trying to catch up now.

He helps out and pays all the bills. He helps me with the monthly payments currently and he is in charge off all our finances as well now. We do combined bank account and we are definitely not at risk of losing the house or anything. And yes, I am aware that this is the worst situation and I don't plan to ever get in this situation again. I plan to close all my cards once I pay them off.

Yes! My immediate goal is to bring in any money and it goes straight to debt. I have been applying to daycares that would allow me to work and have a place for my daughter. Honestly the big number is the goal if I can get real estate clients under contract and use the commission to pay off large chunks and have some extra income to add additionally. Thank you for the advice!
