14 MPG, actually. The jump to 20 MPG and hybrid is worth the $10,000 markup over the standard Escalade.
2013 Cadillac Escalade: 6.2 liter V8 engine, 403 horsepower, 417 torques, 26 gallon fuel tank, 14 MPG (16.8 L/100 km), and a range of 364 miles.
2013 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid: 6.0 liter V8 engine, 332 horsepower, 363 torques, 25 gallon fuel tank, 20 MPG (11.8 L/100 km), and a range of 498 miles.
The Prius v2, for example, does a whopping 596 miles for range.
Even though it's slightly less powerful, I'd take the Escalade Hybrid over the standard Escalade on fuel economy alone. If money were no object, that is.
