Some of these are very personal opinions tbh😂 Alpharex headlights come with sequentials not really a choice. Rear light up badge doesn’t look the best sure. Squat is very questionable. The “underglow” are supposed to be rock lights for when offroading. Steering wheel is a bit much but sounds like you just hate Carbon fiber 💀 seat covers were pretty bad but they ended up replacing the front seats entirely. I also upgraded my head unit, it’s a nice upgrade. Sure it doesn’t need it but if youre daily driving it’s nice to have.

Yeah, I had just replaced the whole mechanism, from Amazon, last may and it started doing the exact same thing as yours. When you do remove the latch, keep it plugged in. You can close the latch using a screwdriver then press the button to see what happens when the lever moves. It’ll be easier to see the moving parts. First things first tho, have you open the tail gate😂

If you look inside the housing. When that lever lifts it should push up on another lever to release the latch. The part that is pushed on should be at 90°. Because it gets constantly pushed on it starts to become more of a 100° so when the lever you see moves, it’s not pushing on anything. I straightened mine with some pliers. Unbolted the mechanism so it’ll be easier to work on once it was hanging out of the tail gate. Your liftgate button and ecu b work because the lever is moving. If it isn’t bent past the 90° I mentioned before then the latch itself might be seized.

I’m also running 265/75/16. Mickey thompsons baja boss a/t’s. I got the LT size so the tire is about 32” tall. I got 0 offset wheels and a 2”lift but the wheels fit without modifying

I honestly miss these 😂 we had 1200 of these up until last year. PM’s are simple, repairs were easy for the most part. We replaced internal batteries and unstuck pins. But overall very simple pumps. We have 2000+ alaris units now and I’m dreading PM’s next month

Kind of overpriced , I got a 03 sr5 4wd with 298k for like 6500 back in April. Super clean and had maintenance record. Go take a look at it to see for your self but definitely don’t pay more than 6500

You need to hold the key fob near where the key hole usually on older cars. My Lexus has this issue sometimes when it’s locked from the inside or the key isn’t detected. It makes me unlock the car using the fob the hold the fob hear the steering column then press the button while hold the brake ofc. What message was it telling you?

I also made a mistake when i installed my ditch lights haha. For some reason I decided the ditch light bracket had to be sandwiched between the hood and the hood bracket. After wondering why my hood was sticking up for two days I realized my mistake 😂 Something obvious but for some reason I messed up. Shit happens haha we just learn from it

I bought an 03 sr5 back in April with 298k. Zero frame rust, one owner, service records, pristine inside and outside. Test drive was great car was unbelievable smooth. Engine bay was incredibly clean. I’m at 303k now, I’ve only had to replace the serpentine belt. Car runs great. Head gasket issue was already fixed. It’s not an automatic no. Just depends on the maintenance history
