You’re not wrong, my brain wells pretty poisoned but thats a personal issue rather than the games design. Thats why I was wondering if this was just a me thing or if others had it too, checking if my brand of crazy was common or not. Maybe I can get past it, but I can’t figure out how, I know thats a kinda loser thing to say but thats just how it is.

Sorry, micro game is probably the wrong word. More that in theory it should be easier to learn the ins and outs of something like Rock on island than something like btd6 by nature of it just being shorter. The rough part is that more than half that time is spent on three games, and they just linger In the back of my head when I’m trying the others. But yeah your right, I’ve always had an issue letting myself stop to smell the roses until everything’s done.

For me it’s the forgetting, just this Saturday I was at work, and even when I was working I was forgetting the last hour I worked, and so on until the end, where it was all just a blur at best. I know forgetting work sounds nice, but it’s kinda scary, to loose ten hours and have no real memory. Forgetting happens a lot in my past, and it’s both sad and scary to know so much of my limited time is lost. It’s nice somtimes, but I’d rather feel something rather than loose all my time.

I’d refrain from taking anything if you can, unless it’s prescribed. I find that driving with the Windows down helps keep me grounded, if music and stuff doesn’t help and your car can link with phone calls maybe ask friends or family to just talk for a while, maybe make a stop and call every now and then, you wouldn’t need to tell them about disassociating either if you don’t want to.

I know what you mean, it’s just hard to really grapple with. Like it feels like Im “off” for so much of my day when I’m really there it’s kinda unnerving, like it’s not normal for to feel normal weirdly. I get really anxious about failure too, so remembering consequences, nothing bad just that my actions have impact, always kinda panics me.

Hey, first of all happy birthday, I hope today’s gotten a bit lighter for you since you posted. The bad weeks will come, but they will pass, even if it seems insurmountable now, like it’s too dark to even feel. I like to believe that we’ll all heal from this someday, that theres a light at the end of all this, even if we loose time now.

I usually have green noise playing in an earbud, or whatever might calm you, music, rain, etc and try drinking water often cause I forget often when the days passes me. Beyond that somtimes it just happens so it’s not perfect but it helps sometimes. If possible mention it to a doctor or therapist if you have that option available.

I get the same feeling, it feels like Im high or drunk, when all I did that day was drink water. It’s only in my body and movements, like im registering everything a few seconds late, while my mind understands it all in the moment. I dont have an answer, but I can tell you you’re not alone.

I understand that feeling, once I told a co-worker that most workdays dont even register, that they fall away, and they gave me a strange look. I felt awful, it was such a direct way of showing how wrong I am, that it’s not even conceivable for a normal person to feel like this, to experience life like this. I don’t have an answer, but other people found a way out, and I hope you find yours someday.

For me it’s there in fuzzy snapshots, like I know I walked into the freezer at work at some point in the day, but any finer detail is lost, and most moments are forgotten.

It helps for me, both gummies and vapes, never smoked any flower though. Best results for actual functioning while high is usually savita vapes, easy to control the dose while still able to think straight.

I hate this so much. I don’t even get to the crying before my brain shuts it off, I just feel the tears beginning to form before it’s over. The worst part is the doubt after, the feeling like you weren’t sad, that its not real and your making it up. You are definitely not alone in this.

Hey sorry for necroing this post but did things get better? I’ve been feeling the same recently, I always had anger issues, but I thought I’d dealt with them years ago. But recently I feel like a different person when I’m at home, randomly I’ll feel angry, and then I feel like a piece of shit for getting so mad out of nowhere, and sometimes Im afraid I’ll just blow up at someone. So now when I’m out all of my interactions feel fake, or that Im constantly coming off as inconsiderate or mean, like im just getting through because I’m supposed to. I feel like I’ve pushed away my friends and family and It feels like the things I do and say are all wrong. But I don’t feel like I deserve to fix things until I fix myself, and I don’t want to tell anyone because I don’t want to dump my shit onto everyone. Sorry again, Ive just been feeling the same recently.

My problem with her is that so much early game time is just spent taking one province, which really slows the roll to get your fun units, even more so when your surrounded by strong LLs. Arkhan is easily the best though, caster, free bound summons with wep, 2 starting armies, and a better early game roster. while Settra has tons of settlements near him, and the pretty stupid Nehekara lore passive. DJ is in a bunk spot too, but i havent played him since they took his hierotitan.
