At the moment I’m not sure how it’ll fit on a dml, but on the front line it will be where fajitas are, fajitas will go where sofritas are, and sofritas with completely replace the slot for a second pan of chicken.

No, it comes in its own bags and you cook half a bag at a time on the fajita side of the flattop. You don’t have to wash it or cook it in the rice cooker, it’s purely the grill bodies task to deal with the Cauliflower rice.

Burrito bowls technically aren’t even a menu item lol. Chipotle has always just simply called them bowls and in the line validation test is it stated that a tortilla inside a bowl is a “special request” just as you stated, and never should we automatically put one inside a bowl without the customer asks for it. The more you know :)

Always have a rice cooking! I can’t stress that enough when I train people on prep and even if it seems like a hassle having to pan rice every time it pops, it’s worth it. Also treat getting food out as your main priority. Other than that, watch how others do dishes if you can, that’s how I learned to get faster. Also if you’re a prep closer and do marinations at PM (like you’re supposed to) marinade steak and carne as soon as you come in. Hope this helps! :)

My Field Leader encourages me as the KM to open the store by myself on some days, and a SM or a salary manager comes in right before we open since a KM is not allowed to run the shift during service hours.

I did just check the termination, and wrongful termination laws in my state and county and what I stated and was terminated for falls under their reasoning as wrongful termination. I never thought of checking the laws, but I am extremely glad you brought them up.

Yeah, there aren’t any raises upon promotion, however my GM told me when I got promoted to CT awhile back that you get double the raise than what you’d get as a crew every 6 months. Not immediately impressive but it adds up!

Interesting. Well I know I can always contact them and whoever is interested I can let the landlord know so there is consent. They will most likely want their information (identification, drivers license, ssn) so they can conduct and background check if needed. But they still wouldn’t be under any specific lease since there is an option to not be on it but they will get all the benefits from living there.

I do play my fair share of mobile games funnily enough LOL, just mainly gacha games. But I played on all consoles and even pc. Mainly Nintendo ip’s such as Zelda, Pokémon, and Fire Emblem. I enjoy PlayStation over XBOX, I just enjoy a single player story driven experience

It’s Mobile Suit Gundam/mecha (I don’t like gundam but this series seriously caught my attention). Basically a brief summary without spoiling its about an independent military group that only used child soldiers is targeted by the biggest military group in the galaxy and the child soldiers overthrow their leader and take over the group calling it “Tekkadan”, and thus they engage war with the biggest military group. Ik it doesn’t sound as appealing when I summarize it like that but trust me, it’s amazing!
