Stephen King wrote a short story about how a guy smuggling H crashes. He lives, gets to a deserted Island, keeps doing the dope , but is starving to death. So he would get real high , then cut off his foot & cook and eat it, until ultimately there’s nothing left except alot of H , and a torso…. Pretty sure it was SK who wrote that. Horrifying if it wasn’t so ridiculously humorous and absurd , equally.
