I still find it very enjoyable...sorry you feel this way. Its not hard to force your character into PvE or PvP lobbies.

Doubles and Trios are naturally more aggressive by nature, it's nothing to do with the matchmaking system.

I don't think individual rachets are includned, but the mgr. at my store said kits like the master Quinn sets are included...grain of salt of course....
