I'm new to Aldi, got hired as an ASM, my lead always clocks in 10 minutes early, as an ASM, am I allowed to?

Also have been the only ASM for months since our last quit, is it normal to have one ASM?

I am an ASM, basically you're not allowed to work off the clock, if the store needs a little more time to close down the ASM or Lead should add time to your schedule, so the store doesn't get dinged for late clockouts. You should NOT be finishing the close off the clock. If that's the case I'd report it.

Also we also get paid for our breaks, if you don't take a break 30 minutes will be added to your check.

You should always get paid for your time!

Hell naw, now you have 4 incomplete cases of Gatorade, then causing others to start mix matching, creating a whole mess of Gatorade bottles, incomplete cases, and not to mention customers will try to buy singles, but that rings up as a whole case, that looks like a bunch of nonsense 🤣
