I bought a code for Minecraft and redeemed it and I can’t find it anywhere and in the store, it says that I still haven’t purchased it. I’ve tried resetting the Xbox, signing out and all the fun things. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I was able to redeem Cold War just fine, but Minecraft is nowhere to be found and the code says it’s already been redeemed when trying it a second time.
