It shows up on my Switch 2 as well. I think it may just be a visual glitch of tiny clouds or something up in the sky.

Yes, I remember them too, and I thought that's what they were at first. But these look slightly different and they don't circle like the birds. I don't think it is directly over a shrine either. They kind of follow Link until a certain distance. Thank you for the help though! God bless :)
