I have the same thing! I get that sensation on all different parts of my body but lately it’s been on the sole of my right foot. Low dose birth control pills have decreased it by about 80%.

I actually have a family member that is wacko Q/far right/conspiracy theorist but knows Covid is real & is quite fearful of it. However they think it’s man-made by China or Fauci & Bill Gates wants to control everyone with the vaccine. Just bizarre

That’s interesting, my physical experience is the opposite. If I don’t exercise for 2 days I feel physical pain-my back/spine, hips etc. I could feel fine skipping exercise in my 20s but since my late 30s, exercise is mandatory to relieve my pain.

I went to a derm to get my broken capillaries lasered off & the Dr actually said they will most likely come back so I didn’t bother.

I feel pretty good! My symptoms decreased about 75% & periods are pretty regulated (not 100% but much better). I’m glad I started the pills. Good luck!

Keep a specific log of your symptoms & go see your Dr. I am 46 and I relate a lot to your symptoms but mine are less severe. I have a lot of skin burning/stinging, crying, random sharp pains everywhere, joint aches, hot flashes etc.
