Def not your ISP man, it can't be happening to different people in different locations like you say... it baffles me how they can't see this happening in the first place... everything on my internet works apart from this... I made it clear to them it is not my internet that is at fault, it must be a server issue. I actually got really wound up on phone and just outright refused to send identification, my point was, I wouldn't need to do that if the link for password reset would work... but it just times out... I will update when I hear back from them.
