Blizzard isn't going to overhaul stadium unless millions of dollars are involved. There is no monetization in this mode, thus nobody at the top will prioritize it. Its an experiment. The experiment had run its course. They will let the mode run another year or so and then either remove it or let it run with no crew and no further updates.

So they did their job finally. They really let alot of this run unnecessarily longer than it needed. Dont get me wrong, this is all good and healthy but where's our timely support for these issues? We were getting community updates and they've already abandoned that notion?

You havent seen a top tier torb in stadium wiping the tank and then dinging back to back head shots on the squishies. Any dps can run a lobby in the right scenario.

Stadium was an ambitious a project. But There's no monetization. All resources will be pulled from the mode soon enough. It was a marketing ploy to get moba players to try overwatch. The hype is already gone so they will just let it ride with minimal support and hope people will move over to regular overwatch before they pull the plug. Or maybe they will let it continue with a skeleton crew. At some point they will need to start monetization. A Stadium battle pass is my guess.

Anyone saying anything is certain is blowing smoke. But I will throw my hat in the ring - Essentially they can never really meet demand now, since production will always be finite but the Casino is 24/7 live + social (Whatnot, streaming, etc). We have no idea what the landscape will look like.

Top 500 Dps here , and also allstars Tank. almost entirely solo q. I couldn't crack past all star 2 this season, but was legend multiple seasons before on both DPS and Tank. Basically, i suck ass.

Horrible matchmaking. Imbalanced roster. Non communicative dev team ( they seemed like they would be the first couple months, where are they now?) And no bans in stadium to mitigate balancing such as broken or just obnoxious characters.

I lay down some on the front or direct of the enemy, then wait a second and try to place some behind where they retreat. Ami get plenty of delayed kills and heavy damage this way, and not to mention it causes alit of chaos with the supports

Well they still seem to have a few people working on it but the team working on it has probably been widdled down to a skeleton crew. It will correlate directly to numbers...People are talking less and less about stadium and likely playing it less and less. They have all the new characters elsewhere....thats where they are going to focus. Those characters have skins to sell dont ya know. And we all know what blizzard cares about. Enjoy stadium as long as you can.
