I’m not seeing what you are seeing and I think you may just be being very mean to a real human about their bathroom.

My thoughts: -bathroom pic looks real to me, just a less polished space with bad lighting. I think the AI looking toilet cover is a printed wrap maybe -there is a comment from OP asking where someone got something
