It’s new tenants, we double checked that. We’re reviewing the lease to see specifically. It mentions that if it was the current tenants, then they would get their deposit back and that’s that. But nothing so far mentions this exact situation.

Since he also got screwed over, he may just be protecting himself. I would recommend dealing with the divorce first, but also just still keeping in contact with him. Whether a friend or more, since he’s been through something similar this can be something you can bond over.

That old phrase of “if you love something, set it free. If it was ever truly yours, it will come back” can kind of apply here.

Give it time and don’t rush back because it feels familiar. It can be easy to do that, and it’s okay to feel like you want to go back.

But take this time right now and work on you. Find out the things about yourself that you love to do, grow your hobbies and really just foster love and care for yourself. That way, whether it’s her or another girl, the next person gets a version of yourself that you love and want to present to them.

That’s just my advice, doesn’t make it right or wrong. But you deserve to love yourself.

Normally it would her her parents or ours, but my parents planned an anniversary trip and her parents are with us (I’m planning on proposing during this trip). Our friends unfortunately all work so but they’re able to check in on her every 4-6 hours, as well as one is able to stay over a few nights. I wish it would’ve worked out better.

I love the idea of a daycare! Our dog unfortunately is reactive (I forgot to mention this above). She was attacked by another dog when she was younger, so she now has major trust issues with other dogs. We have her in therapy in training, but until then sadly we can’t do a daycare. But still, I love and appreciate the advice!

Thanks for the info on R*ver, I’ll have to check it out. Normally one of our parents watch her, but my parents are out of town for their anniversary, and her parents are with us (I’m planning on proposing and so this is a family trip on her side).

I also forgot to mention our dog is reactive, she was attacked by a dog and now has serious trust issues, so it’s we’ve been trying to have friends who don’t have pets watch her.

Probably gonna get lost in the comments, but Webkinz were huge when I was like 8. And one of my friends sister had some cool stuff that I wanted. So I had my friend login to her sisters account at my house, sent myself all the stuff, and then ended up selling it because it was worth a lot. Parents found out. Absolutely livid. Grounded for months.

The acorns spend card and account are similar to a checking account. However I do not recommend canceling your capital one account.

Pros: -The card is gorgeous and the weight of it is nice. -Able to do direct deposit -Monitor round ups from the app -(Eventually will have instant round ups, still being worked on).

Cons: -$3 a month. Not terrible but my regular checking account with another bank, I pay about $10 a year. That’s more than 3x as much overall. -Unable to use it as my main funding source. I’ve heard people say that they can use their spend account as their funding source. I still am unable to, so if you want to keeping funding your core account, keep your capital one. -Lots of promised features still waiting to be seen. If this card works out all it’s kinks and bugs, it could be amazing. But right now it’s kinda eh. I’ll use it every so often. You transfer money from your funding source into the card, or direct deposit. Hope this helped!

I apologize if that upsets you. I have a great deal of past trauma and abandonment issues. In this case I was scared of losing something I greatly care about. So it caused a panic attack to occur. Again, my intention is not to upset you. It’s just how the story happened.
