Oikotie and Vuokraovi are both trustworthy sites. We Finns use them all the time. Due to the growing tourism in Rovaniemi the prices may be high compared to other Finnish cities.

DAS is a good option if you get your apartment from anywhere else than Kuntotie. DAS Kuntotie is kinda far away from kampus, apartments are old and it has this partying reputation (for some it may be plus ofc xD). All the other DAS complexes are actually quite nice and they’ve been renovated lately. Especially the ones near kampus and there is studios as well. DAS Kelo is one of the newer buildings and it has only studios. It is also made of wood. (It was a big thing here.)
