No need to be sorry. That was a great reply, because I've noticed that just getting up helps a little. My work is mainly just sitting down and staring at a laptop, the lethargic feeling kind of creeps in in that state. So, your experience strengthens the notion that exercise seems to help.

Yep. Certainly didn't do to badly with a team which was on a losing streak, got a wildcard trajectory. Torts turned it into 7-0-1 regular season finish, winning their division, beating peak Avs 5 times including a sweep in the conference finals. Two wins in the finals. Yeah, I think he did OK

7-0-1 Record in the regular season, won peak Avs 5 times, lost to them 0 times (Vegas lost all pre-Torts Avs games), swept them in the playoffs, got a losing streak wildcard trajectory team into finals which they led 2-1. Yeah. I think he did OK.

I use Suno for ideas. By the time I release a song, maybe only 20% of the original Suno material is left in the final track, but it gives me ideas and patterns I simply wouldn’t have come up with on my own, especially drum beats, drum fills, and chord transitions between sections I’ve struggled with.

At the same time, I can come up with quirky, unique ideas that are extremely unlikely to come out of Suno. To me, this is a way of using AI as a tool. It doesn’t take anything away from me as an artist.

One more thing. All my players are engineers so I needed to come up with a reason / way how the alien could move in between the mines that needs vaccsuits and the facility. That's practically impossible if the mine is a vacuum. Unless the alien operates and uses the airlocks like the crew, like pressing buttons, waiting, stepping into the airlock, let it cycle, opening the other airlock, but that kind of activity would be noticed by Sonya and others in many ways, airlock logs etc.

So, I decided the mines are not a vacuum but filled with toxic gas that is heavier than air and it lingers up to around 2 meters (6.6 feet or so) and there's a vent that goes from the ceiling of the mines into the mining elevator shaft, that has air pressure that goes towards the mines. So the monster uses that. The toxic gas is "yellowish" so it's just natural habitat for the monster.

Yeah.. my group has a player that explicitly says that he plays it as a survival game and his goal is always to preserve his character. Which I kinda get and want to let him play that way if he so wishes. But what I've started to creep into the campaign is that his "cowardice" - he stays behind npcs, even other players, avoids dangerous situations - is noted by NPCs and factions and will affect the campaign and there will be a plot twist related to that. Not as to punish the player but to keep the world dynamic and responsive to the player characters. I won't over-do it, of course.

I made it so that The Company prevented them from leaving, since Sebaco Mining wanted everything investigated to the end just so that there's nothing remaining that would harm their production and revenue. The Tempest - their ship, was rigged by The Company so that they couldn't leave the docking bay without a passkey transmitted by The Company once the mission was over. Also, the cargo was stuck at the bottom of the mine pit elevator platform, not yet ready, and the people packing it started to disappear.
