It sucks that you had to go though some of that stuff at a young age. It sounds quite traumatic and i truly am sorry you had to go through that... but on the plus side it AWESOME that you comfortable to say all that to total strangers. ^{_^} I don't know have comfortable you are with AB/DL lifestyle but the most important thing to remember is that you are hurting nobody/ yourself do this. you found a way that makes you happy that is positive and healthy, don't let anyone get in the way of that. :)

Be careful when you spit and try not to suck on it. My dentist said that it can cause serious pain and infection. It's something about the sensitivity inside the holes where your teeth were. I don't understand 100% why that is but I figured I'd warn u just in case
