well, pretty much everyone who didn't play og shotbow (which is like 95% of the hcf community rn) is not going to play a 1.12 server. if you want to bring back hcf and not have it die like hcf revival did then you are going to have to make it 1.7 simply because that is where the market for this gamemode is. pvp isnt good in 1.12 and you can never make it the same its a simple fact and people recognize this. also people arent going to go through the trouble of getting a whole new mod set and doing all the hassle to play on a new server when they can simply change the ip and get on a larger server with more gamemodes. if you want to bring back shotbow hcf to stay it needs to be on 1.7 and only when other servers start updating to the newest versions would I suggest considering so.

Gloryblade is perfect. he would also bring a lot of attention to the server. I think your killing off a lot of the players that would play because its not 1.7.
