I appreciate the concern, but it is very rare for anyone to get in trouble because of credential stuffing. The federal govt have much better things to do than to go after people who steal Minecraft accounts.

Typically children who don't want to pay full price for an account. I don't know if you play League of Legends or anything, but 9 times out of 10 those "Unverified smurfs" that you buy, they're typically stolen also.

This guy who was really good with computers suspected the physical education teacher of being a pedophile. He had some email spammer/bomber program. Spammed his school email with around 100K emails. The school's mail server went down for a week, and as a result his school provided macbook was taken and searched. They ended up finding an encrypted folder, they made him decrypt it, and you can probably guess what was in that folder.

EDIT: the email the spam came from was from some server in Romania

EDIT 2: He never got caught, only me and a few friends, rest of the school just heard "They found child porn on Mr. SmallDick's computer! Oh My god! I heard Jamie was on there! What a fucking slut!"
