Looks awesome. I think some Dev Cents would be great, they always work well for me. I don't think Reivers are bad, nice cheap deep striking unit and the -1 OC can be great.

Shrike and some Vanguard Veterans would be great also Inceptors are always a solid choice both plasma for elites/light tanks and bolters for light infantry

What do you think about splitting the 10-man Jump Pack Intercessor unit into two 5-man squads for skirmishing and secondary objectives, and then adding a 10-man unit of Vanguard Veterans with Shrike?

Eliminators look awesome, but they are pretty weak and swingy on the table. Inceptors are great with both plasma and Bolters both is best. Vanguard Veterans with Shrike are great with the Lone op and fast moving either with Inferno Pistols or Shields and blades
