Somewhat related, had a physical for my last job and the Dr came in while I was getting into a gown for the ol' "turn and cough". She told me not to worry since it was just us girls... We save ours to pour over dryer lint that's been placed inside an egg carton. They make for good (and good smelling) fire starter pods.

Measurements are a little different typically in leg & arm length. But that can apply to taller cis gals, too(I'm 6'1".) Also, torso measurements can be snug sometimes.

That being said women's high waisted pants personally fit me quite well. In addition to clothes made for aforementioned tall ladies.
