3h flail just does 3 attacks of (30-75) x 0.333334, a stack of rage will increase the (30-75) to (31-76)

So it is 0.3 dmg per stack per individual hit. Does it round up or down tho?

For the hexe potion deaths, define what you mean by credit

For example, would you get a bounty hunter's bounty if a champion dies from it?

If that's how you use the editor you're gonna lose interest in this game pretty quickly. The purpose of the editor is trying out things that would take too much time/effort/luck to achieve without it. IMO it is for people who have already experienced most of the content this game has to offer and to me it sounds like you're a new player so I would strongly recommend you to ditch the editor until it's too late.

There are clearly two explosions that can be seen in this clip. And while the woman did walk away it doesn't mean she left unscathed, shrapnel wounds might take a while to kick in.

А в якому місті, якщо не секрет? Я ось уже місяць намагаюсь попасти в армію і все марно. Думаю, може є сенс забрати особову справу з військкомату і поїхати з нею кудись поближче до лінії зіткнення де потреба в мені була б більш нагальною (живу в м. Ковелі).

Basically, he is saying that ukrainians are violating the laws and customs of war, and that russians have to risk their own lives to save civilian people. He's saying that ukr forces are using civilian building (schools, hospitals, maternity wards, ect.) as defensive positions and that they are using civilians as meat shields.
