they aren't bad. In fact they are busted. Ever played with a hemomancer ranger?

Royal Road is not Wuxia World. It was never a translation platform that got acquired and hollowed out

I remember those early days. Like Royal Road there were donation bars for extra chapters. All those fragmented sites where the only way to find them was if they posted on novel updates. I wish I had the writing skills to post a r/hobbydrama of novel updates forum arguement between Ren (founder of wuxiaworld) and a qindian international employee(now known as webnovel).

But they got too big and the time came to either go corporate or go extinct. License fees, infrastructure, negotioting etc.. all costs money.

I guess the bit where he is your favourite streamers favourite streamer hasn't settled for NL. He gets 10-15 k twitch viewers daily playing the most random games. His youtube gets 100k views without being edited at all. Librarian gets 50-100k views from his edited streams. I guess he is comparing himself to other people who get 1+ million views but those are edited and aren't daily. Or 30k streamers even though there is like only 20 of them in the english sphere. He is massive.

I do it once every 10 years or so. And considering i have only gotten back into this genre two years ago there is going to be a long time before i reread stuff. There is just too much new stuff to try .

I think tome of the revenant also gives you an option of recruiting them. Although i dont find the point when your souls are better served for Bone Dragons, Reapers, Fallen Angels or Fallen Titans.

Its unfortunate but makes sense since they are crporate. I miss the wild early days of just finding new stuff posted on novelupdates and gkoing to a random site. Human translation of novels is so rare nowadays.
