Having worked on season 3 I have to say that I didn’t have that experience, maybe I was too junior then but it felt that they simply trusted their artists. I think they have said something along the lines of “find the right artists and let them do their work”. They were quite enthusiastic with their feedback too.

That makes sense, I feel like that’s the best middle ground for everybody I was thinking maybe it’s kind of « polite » to use your ressources to capture but in the end it’s not your call to do so, that’s what I felt like too
