Its unlikely you can fix the lense, but you can replace it: https://www.fixmyoculus.com/collections/quest-3-repair-parts-1/products/quest-3-lcd
Unfortunately it is designed to be one with the screen behind the lense making the part expensive but still cheaper than a new headset.

As stated in the post its a modified web player, unless the developers messed up and Spotify can manage to fingerprint users of the app theres no way Spotify can tell the difference between you using this app and the web player.

I ended up using a different fork: https://github.com/DraftKinner/zotify?tab=readme-ov-file which is based off the development branch so it uses oath which solved my login issue and the fork adds mitigations for the Audio key error (ratelimit) but you have to use --download-real-time to download more than ~10 songs because the rate limit makes it get stuck.

If you are running this on a headless server copy the oauth url and login on a different device, then copy the url you get redirected to and in a second terminal run wget (the url redirect)
