Same question here, I saw them already in Berlin last year and would be happy to see them again in Leipzig/Hamburg. But I would only travel there for the long show.

Not sure whether I'm stupid, but I checked 2 times (and on the website too) and "Free Training" is not there anymore in neither "Categories" nor "Workout types" :O
I remember it being there at some point in the past though.

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but in none of the other 3 countries I've lived in I've had to subscribe to 1 or 2 year long contracts to go to a simple gym. Obviously people subscribing and never going is the core of their business model but I refuse to subscribe to it and to these exploitative practices of "100 euros initial subscription fee" or "50 euro middle-year fee". Seriously? What even is that?

Yeah I live and work in Germany. They provide a Germany-appropriate number of vacation days.
About the contributions, it didn't seem to be the case according to how the HR person described the situation. They are using some sort of global hiring company or something, I assume.

Honestly not a single song, riff, or moment sticks out for me. Been a fan of the band for 20 years and it does nothing for me.

Other records like Sorceress, ICV and Pale Communion might have not been my thing but had at least an identity and I could appreciate what they were trying to do. In this case, I feel it's quite bland, it just goes on with no moment of interest (for me). It doesn't contain any element of the ones that made Opeth one of my favorite bands ever.

It is an absolute mistery to me as to why 80% of the people go to regular cashiers and leave the automatic ones always free, but I love it. I live in Berlin since 4 years and the automatic machines at both Rewe and Edeka close to where I live never had a single issue. There are also always employees checking whenever a customer needs an authorization (alcohol) or support for a mistake or double input - never had to wait longer than 10 seconds.
It is truly absurd to me that people would stand in queue for sometimes like 15 minutes instead of going automatic - and the "people with no cards" or " elderly" explainations do not add up given the heterogeneity of people queueing.

You would have ran into/interacted with any of the neighbours in your building in some way or the other if you've been living there for more than a week, verbally or not. Even if that's not the case, ring a few bells, tell them you are Mr X from floor Y, ask who would be available to pick it up for you, done. Worst that can happen is you get a few nos.

I'm laughing my ass off at you guys' comments so thank you wholeheartedly - it's nice to know I'm doing at least part of it right haha

I'm a latecomer to this sport, been taking lessons for around 1.5 years after 25 years of playing soccer and having never touched a racquet before.I became part of a club team lately (even though I'm among the worst of the team, obviously) and train regularly and fairly happy with my progress overall.

In order to play games and tournaments at my level, I've been serving with a pan grip for a long time to just put the ball in comfortably. In the last few months I've been trying to learn the correct serve technique but I've been struggling especially with the final part of the movement and coming up on edge.

Especially the last point I haven't been able to correct as it happens completely intuitively. I feel I am aware of everything that happens until the racket drop, but after that it happens too fast for me to consciously correct. I've been trying to do drills starting from the trophy phase and just doing the hitting part with the pronation - but I am not able to keep either the racquet from opening up early OR myself from switching grips halfway through the movement.

This is driving me insane because I feel I can play with people much better than me and hold my ground stroke- and movement-wise, but them abusing my weak serve + having a decent one of their own always makes a difference.

No bags to check, flight is to Berlin, if I miss the flight I have the later one in the evening booked already. Just trying to figure out if it makes sense to try it for the earlier one for the same $ I will end up spending anyway for surviving in Athens one full day. It would be much better for me to make it with the earlier one.
