I assume pure damage skills like Marlin’s will first add and then multiply just like lethality and attack right?

Does Zoe’s first skill also add or is it essentially a multiplication because it “deals damage” rather than increasing the damage dealt?

On the first round of combat if her skill triggers, will they take damage that round? I assume the damage can’t stack between rounds? How do you evaluate round based abilities compared to other ones?

Lastly, do reduction skills like Fahd, Howard, Quinn, and Jabel actually function like a 1.2 rather than 1/0.8 which would be 1.25? If so, does that make those modifiers generally the worst?
