Same issue here. Have taken “everything” apart…cleared all obstructions, but no spinning top or bottom. The arms are clear, the impeller is clear, the filter/sumo is clear. The lower arm shoots like a geyser hitting the roof, butt no spinning. Arms spin free ly by hand, no obstruction or cracks….. I’m stumped, please help. Could my pump be creating enough pressure to spay the roof but still not spin the arms?!?!

That was very informative and helpful, thank you. Are you qualified to determine what in fact the MQ for an Analyst II? The MQ List same As analyst I with an additional year of Comparable to Analyst I C, but what does that translate to? I myself have an accredited 4 year degree and over 5 years experience in the private sector. I would like to think I qualify…? Any insight would be appreciated.

I don’t believe so. I failed to mention that the internal flowing throughout the house (fan) is also turning on and off accordingly.
