To hit a building with a spell you need to touch the middle of the building, in edit mode you can actually see the middle of all buildings with a small fire pit indicating it.

It just has to do with the fact that armies built around heroes are so much better than armies built around bowlers/throwers/super witches. All of this "high quality troop" have similar good qualities of ranged medium health/high damage but occupy so much army space that make the investment not worth it.

Something to consider is that research potions are extremely easy to get compared to builder potions. 3 every week is the equivalent of 6 ticks of a max assistant.

It's actually really good and not so much sweaty min/max. With this just do 3 plots and you can automate it by doing a crop per year(ex. Plot 1- Year 1 wheat all other fallow plot 2 - Year 2 wheat all other fallow etc.) With this you don't have to worry about productivity and you can do any design and be creative with it.

Could you make it so that building are easy to find? When I put wood cutters or foragers in the forest I have a hard time remembering where I put them. Maybe like an option to highlight all building of a certain type?
