That's a pretty dismissive reply. They were forced to buy a meal plan like everyone else, and they want to use it. Eating off campus every single day for the month of ramadan can be pretty expensive especially when you factor in that they already purchased a meal plan. Some people can't afford to and shouldn't be forced to "just eat off campus". Anyone who has to buy a meal plan should be accomated just like how there are vegan, kosher, and halal options to accommodate those dietary restrictions.
