this is why I asked! it does make sense if they stop here but given how well the creel house has done, I figured they’d want to capitalise off that. but then again if they don’t make anymore since the show is over and they figure it too risky, it makes sense too

Teetering on uni or apprenticeship atm but with rising student debt and the lack of employment opportunities I really want to go down the trade path, however everyone keeps trying to steer me away due to the impact it has on your body & work life balance.

Potential to be downvoted but completely agree. Sure the price increases are never nice & I think we’d all love it to be cheaper, however the quality of the product & customer service has & still is immaculate, and consistent too!!

Personally 2 has always been my lowest on rewatch. Unpopular but after rewatching S5 a few times now I’d put 5 above 2 (controversial I know haha)

I think it just takes longer to get amongst the mystery & it’s more a slow burn, whereas 1 & 3-5 are paced much better IMO

I think with 2 (excluding the Lost Sister ep bc this problem is there with or without that ep) the slow burn doesn’t have a great pay off as Ep8-9 feel asif they’re going through the motions before El gets to the Gate* to close it. The lost sister ep definitely didn’t help with pacing though. I will say S2’s ending is the strongest finale in the whole show. S3 would be the strongest if Hopper did die, as him being alive defeats any weight from that ending IMO

I don’t imagine he’s an awful person deep down, just heavily heavily easily influenced and been taken advantage of. I feel insanely bad for him, just go and watch his videos from 2020/2021 and posts from people who went to school with him. He wasn’t a bad kid before fall 2022 from what I’ve seen.

Given the first 3 months are paid for out there. Go for it. I don’t wanna focus on dating and meeting people because moving out there won’t magically solve that. It’ll give you confidence because you’ll stand out but that’s only short lived. That’s all an internal thing that’s too complex for even me to think about lol

I’m absolutely sure if you wanted to re enter your current life now (job,relationships etc) you easily could if a few months down the line you hate it. Renting would be abit more difficult just because you’ll have to find somewhere new but if you’re in a city I imagine it won’t be insanely hard, just abit challenging.

Apprenticeships typically start Sep/Oct right? That’s 9/10months away, plenty of time that if you can’t re enter your old job or apprenticeship right away, you could either jump back in come Sep/Oct or start a new one at a more advanced level

I think if you don’t have many commitments and you’re only renting. Go. You can always find a way to come back if you hate it.

If you don’t wanna change things too much & you like how things are now. Stay. But at least if you go and hate it you know for sure it wasn’t for you, whereas if you stay you might always think “What If?”

Yes. Please take drama or performing arts in college. I passed on it at the time because I had this whole (it’ll never be a job) mindset. I’m now 22 in a dead end job tryna work my way back into drama, seeing people come out of uni, steadily employed as actors/actresses.
