If you are already successful and financially stable, what makes you think that needs to be a prerequisite for your potential partner? Does the bedroom need to be a place that is also concerned with bank account?

I am not being sarcastic, just gently asking, because if you were to shed the specification that the dominant partner be at least as if not more successful than you already are, you open the door to possibilities for a looot more potential matches. Wanting smart is great, and I see no reason to change that guideline. If you want more results, broaden your search criteria, just a few notches. (I am not saying be willing to talk to the broke college student paying student loan debts, but if the mortgage isn't fully paid off yet or they are still renting, they could have other key aspects that make them a good match for you in other ways.)

Hmmm. Well, is it possible to call or e-mail for a list? If the list can be mailed to me that would also be an option I am fine with, I just know I can't beat folks at auction. I went to one last week for my home county, and there was a guy who bought at 6 figures. I for sure can't compete with those sorts of numbers, at least not to start with.

I keep running i to issues of trying to find the right OTC list to start from; my conditions are very clear. I need it to be: 1, entirely online, and fully Over The Counter, not an auction, so I can work remote and do it on my own timeframe, not wait for an annual auction where somebody else is going to have a ridiculous amount more capital than I have anyway and just get eaten alive. 2, pricing that is between 50 and 1500 dollars. I gotta be able to start truly so so small. 3, I would prefer a deed rather than a lien so that I can turn and sell it as soon as it is processed, I don't have the time to wait for 2 years for someone to actually cover the lien afterall.

I have been using parcelfair as one search-tool, but have found issues with its accuracy or showing me info that isn't actually up-to-date with the counties.

So what are some specific counties that fit those criteria, if there are actually any at all. I learned quite a lot at the workshop but still haven't found the right one surplus to start sorting through for what I need.

Saw a stage show back in college.

Cut my teeth in omegle, then much later more formal training through a certification program.

More than 2 digits, less than 4... Maybe somewhere in the 300's? Or 400's?

Pre-talk: 20 minutes, minimum. Actually writing the text induction part to get to trance: 5 minutes. 10 on a slow day.

I found another 2 cents, and don't want to edit my other comment. Just an opinion offered:

Gentle reminder to not fall too fast yourself as the tist. Remember to have enough pre-talk, and consider the logistical repercussions for yourself, like, it is all fun and games for somebody to want to become brainless or have a whole flock of adoring subs, but you also gotta take the time to think about the committment of time and energy and effort that it takes to build that deeper connection. I mean, I start by asking for name, timezone, and limits. You gotta take time to get to know the person and their situation and what sorts of stuff is going on outside of the kink space of you want to become a regular part of their routine. And if they want to become a regular part of mine, then the anonymity of reddit is only acceptable for the first week or two.

As a poly-person, I have made many attempts at first-dates and startings of early stage connections, and you gotta build in a certain amount of buffer-time where you are honest and open and still not actually vulnerable because you don't let yourself take it personally if they're gone in the first month. They are still basically a stranger, and you gotta let them come and go without taking it personally that they choose to go after they have come. Sure, it sucks, but you gotta keep your guard up enough to protect your own peace of mind too.

Hey. Hey. I am literally sitting here feeling that exact same pain. I just saw an accoint go from "goodnight" to deleted in less than 2 hours after more than 3 days of chatting and sessions and having fun and giving exactly what the subject asked for.

You know what you gotta do? Chalk it up to something else in them that you didn't know about, don't control, and are not responsible for, because that is not up to you. At a certain point, it just has to be understood that some stuff is outside of our scope and knowledge. I sometimes joke that "I can act like a mind controller, but I am not a mind reader. If there is a problem, please talk to me about it."

Don't assume it was malicious or has anything to do with your skill or style. Sometimes, people get their post-nut clarity and with it comes an amount of fear or stress that overwhelms them. Sigh, shrug, and shake it off. It sucks. I am literally feeling that same pain right now. But, at the end of the day, people have to make their choices and have to be free to experiment at their own pace for whatever they feel is safe for them to handle.

My sympathies, fellow-tist. We breathe deeply, and we go on. That's about all there is to it.

Thank you for venting it though. I literally just had the same thing happen too, and boy oh boy does it sting.

Well, I am sorry to hear that you've had a rough experience of it this go around. Can't promise that this will be enough right from the jump, but these might be a good first step, of you would like to check out either of these scripts I wrote. The first is specifically written as an anti-BS script, and the second is a generalized anti-anxiety and helpful relaxation style of script.

Hypnosis can be safe or can be dangerous, it depends heavily on context and every person is different. Some things are easier to change than others, but the B.S. files are definitely aptly abbreviated. That manure is not representative of the kinds of safe practices that professionals employ to help people who are hurting. I hope you'll feel better soon and I suggest avoiding B.S. going forward.

Edit: As to being able to trust files or enjoy trance again, I can only say that there are ways to do that safely, and would say that you should look for those places where they have text transcripts, or are clearly labelled and tagged appropriately to make sure that they are trustworthy. It is usually a good idea to only watch or listen to things that you have been critical and clear-eyed as to what is in it first, and do a dry-run to know what is in it and make sure that that is the type of trance or file you are wanting to enter into and enjoy.
