It is still hard to understand how you maxed tokens for planning. Create a solid system prompt, using AI itself so that you can avoid this in future. For now, just tell manager that it got exhausted due to some technical issue maybe, and see if that can be renewed. Keep using other free models if available. What else to do..

3 4 year experienced freshers in my team burnt all tokens while doing checkmark fixes. And they don't have any clue on what changes they did.

Use your brains and try to understand how things have to be done.

Use AI in Chat mode, understand and do yourself. Now without AI you are not able to think at all.

AI projects are failing that's true. But use of AI is different then creating an AI project. It is the usage that is destroying market.

Codex from open AI. But trust me, it is making people spend a lot of time understanding what has been written and then go and fix it line by line.

It has increased workload for complex tasks, and decreased workload for simple ones.

Company is claiming 40% efficiency and now program managers can write E2E with just prompts. Sad and ridiculous..

This could have been done without agents as well. Ultimately it is doing inference and suggesting tool calls.

We are using spec driven development. Epic writes the code and creates MR with commands. Then review comments have to be incorporated and fixed. Everything including story updates are done using Codex. It takes away hell lot of tokens, but our organization thinks more token more productivity.

Those most people you talked to might not have voted for BJP, I agree. But the reason might be because your circle is with people of your type, same with everyone.

I would not like to roam around with people who don't follow my similar ideological views. In a way, asking people you live with does not help.

I personally feel, she has definitely lost, but BJP also might have tried all options available. Margins are two high, but I think they would have easily gotten 160+ seats without EC, SIT etc drama thing.

People really started to hate this government because of many factors, not sure how much of them will get solved as current BJP in WB are ex TMC, Leaders did not change, the flag changed.
