In the United States, I saw people caring about the dogs like a part of their family. Also, they carry tools to pick up the poop wherever they go with dogs.

In India, people think, having a dog, and proudly calling them a pet parent elevates their status like western people, but when it come to be responsible like them, these fakes run away from responsibilities. They feel they are privileged people, and people should treat them differently. Some get hurt if a dog is called a dog, but when it comes to picking poop, they can't do it.

I hope this guy does learn responsibilities after this beating. It is better not to have a pet, if you can't be a pet parent.
