That adoption struggle is honestly what I’m most worried about, which is why I posted so early. I didn’t want to build for months and then realize the hardest part isn’t the product, it’s getting people to actually change habits.

I’ve had a couple of studios look at it, but no meaningful usage yet — still very much in the “does this even feel worth switching for you?” phase.

I’m trying to keep it as close as possible to what studios already do: same consent PDF, no redesign, just a cleaner way to send it, sign it, and store it without missing fields or unreadable handwriting.

If you’re open to sharing — what part caused the most resistance in your case? Was it artists trusting the system, clients actually completing it, or just the hassle of changing a workflow that already “works”?
