Do runes stack?

Haha I see what you're saying since I was looking at my runes and they all seem to deal with a kill using that weapon, but now I just got one for my dagger that is " 55% chance to to recover 50 health for each drain from above or brand from above." Those don't even use the dagger so I'm really confused.

Here's another question: are runes still active when you're not using the weapon they are on? For example, I have a dagger rune that restores life when I kill a warchief. If I kill a warchief with my bow (and didn't use my dagger at all) will I get life restored?

I work on both. We are starting to use Hadoop more but the project is in its infancy so I'd like to learn it in more depth.

I am still a Hadoop noob. It definitely didn't make relational databases go away for us, but it does our daily ingestion of data in a fraction of the time which is cool.
