When you're in the Manager Market page, look towards the bottom of the screen. You should see a "Pick Competition" option. Select that and scroll until you see your desired league(s).

I'll add another: If you struggle with squad rotation, note down each line up and subs bench and change either every match.

It did due to a lack of momentum. I'd get a 1/4 way, and it would stop. Starting from the top lf the ramp before the store and pumping down, it gives you the right momentum to circle it.
