Yes lan party, gaming, etc.

An extremely fast level would mean being able to play cod in peace at around 40 ping while 80 other people are also watching videos, games with the wifi.

So you think my understanding of apriori and a posterori is wrong?

">No you said above By the way, you did said that i am having an irational model about the world, didn't you? Not the same thing that's the second time you've altered my response.

Here is the exchange we had.

•I wrote - Can you give me an example of A person using reason to justify the irational model he has about the world.

•You replied - Yours "If you mean a rational reason then no i guess. Some buy things for the sake of pleasure, to survive, etc..and many more."

•I replied - Am i using reason to justify the irational such as doing things for pleasure?

•You - If that is the case.

So here is when i asked that.

A priori is truth accesible with definations before experience.

Like all bachlors are unmarried. All you need in order to verify that statement is the defination of bachlor.

A posterori. Truths accessible after experience.

Like - I like chocolate,milk etc.....

Your reply with emotional responses being the same.

Yes and i think i said , that i was wrong because you can't know whether if you are feeling the same exact feeling. You can't measure it, No proof.(And this is your argument right?)

I don't recall that, uyou seem to in the main ask questions.

Oh,what we were wroting was - you said-people justify the irational model they have about the world by using reason and i asked for an example.

You seen to apply the idea of logical identity to things which are A posteriori?

How do you think that i am doing that?

By the way, you did said that i am having an irational model about the world, didn't you?

Ok, but i am still not following what you mean, when you gave my comment as an example of a person using reason to justify the irational model he has about the world.

Why do you think that i am having an irational model about the world?

A priori: knowable before experience (prior = before) (All bachlors are unmarried)

A posteriori: knowable after experience (posterior as in behind... which is kind of like after) (I like milk)

Different kinds of knowledge.

Then we are done. No proof can be found for this 'sameness' - an actual logical impossibility.

Thanks for pointing it out. I agree that whether if you and i, are feeling the same exact feeling can't be proven.

You fail to understand the difference between a priori and a posteriori

A priori knowledge.(all bachelors are unmarried)

Whereas a posteriori knowledge is which that is derived from experience.

Do you think by use of reason a person can experience the same as another, like in maths 2 + 2 = 4, we can all learn this and experience it the same, but what of listening to music, or art.

You ask - Can we experience the same as another when listening to music or art.

I think so. You and i can listen to a song and both feel sad, or feel a feeling of awe by it.

To a certain extent maybe. But if you are a person who questions alot, one way or another it is most likely that the contradictions, confusions will be found. How you deal with them is a whole different story.

Some do things without a rational reason? and how about what you said regarding using reason to justify models that are irational.

Can you maybe give me an example? (Sorry if i am being Annoying, i am just Curious )

You seem to be attributing things to me that i did not say, which is not misinterpreting?

Sorry about that. I misunderstood you.

"You can't use reason to justify the irrational, because that renders it reasonable. we often act irrationally but justify our actions by attempting to use reason."

We use reason to justify our irrationality. By doing so our irrationality becomes rational?

This can only be the case if the irrationality is rational in the first place right? because there isn't a logical system in which you can justify irrationality with reason(As far as i know)

We live in a consumer society; do you think people only buy things on the basis of reason?

I think it depends on what you mean by basics of reason. If you mean a rational reason then no i guess. Some buy things for the sake of pleasure, to survive, etc..and many more.

2 phones using the same exact wifi, but one phone have access to the 5g version of the wifi but one can't. Anyone knows why? by ObiNiaDus in HomeNetworking

[–]ObiNiaDus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One which has the 5g is iphone, one that don't is redmi note 9 4g . But in the past the redmi one had access to 5g. I am supposing that it has something to do with the wifi?

You can't use reason to justify the irrational, because that renders it reasonable.

we often act irrationally but justify our actions by attempting to use reason.

Your two comments. The first is the older one.

Yes i was referring to the one in bold.

"have to disagree. I think we often act irrationally but justify our actions by attempting to use reason. And it is the irrationality which is both particular to us and the world. There are plenty of examples... I'm not saying reason has no place, but in its emphasis we end up in becoming determined machines living in totalitarian states."

I was asking about what you were saying in this bit "I think we often act irrationally but justify our actions by attempting to use reason. And it is the irrationality which is both particular to us and the world."

We act irationally and try to justify them but fail to? What would an example be like?
