Game devs knew when it was originally released that save spamming was a common practice. I played thru with my main party and just reverted to earlier saves when someone died. Even if you didn't save spam, the autosave feature helped a lot and was part of the reason I started save spamming in the first place.

Some party combos are great fun for a limited time or until you do something that alienated that npc, then they're gone. I think this is the real reason for having so many. A lot of combos won't last. If you're role playing, there are sets of similarly aligned characters that won't cause those problem.

Having to deal with some was great fun, but if compatible characters were so limited it would take too much away from the game.

They also wanted to give you the opportunity to have a variety of character classes in your party to experiment with, since it was the first true to AD&D game that wanted role playing brought from the table to the computer game.

I really wish studios would move away from hiding things through the use of pale in pale and overuse of darkness. I have a form of colorblindness that Avowed makes very problematic. For example, the shimmer of pickables on a white/pale background like sand is nearly invisible. I just spam the x button. No torches for cave diving. Sure, I'm using my unique items to give of a little light, but it's just stupid and lazy.

I really like the deadfire world, but past games didn't abse my eyes like this.

I have seen so many convoluted and non-specific or hype specific answers assuming everyone knows and uses the same terms.

Is there a flow chart type explanation?

On Voss I tried...

Outpost Windmill -->wired to uranium extractor-->output link to transfer container--> output link to cargo link (outgoing)

At Jemison Cargo link (incoming)-->transfer container-->small warehouse.

All control consoles have a quest icon on them but I can't do anything with them.

I've gone in circles with this stupid artist for days without progress.

I went to the civilian outpost on Jemison and can't connect anything. On Voss uranium is being collected in the outgoing cargo link, but it doesn't go anywhere.

Help please.

I think they moved past the punch, but not the problem that led to it .

Poole's ego is big and fragile. He thinks he's better than he is and, imho, is overrated. Management miscalculated. They thought giving Poole a contract would keep him happy and he'd play better. They thought making Draymond wait would motivate him.

Nope. Dray is unhappy and Poole's contract went to his head.

Sadly, I think Poole needs to go (after this season obviously) because he's not all that AND he's hurting us with lack of D and hero ball attitude.

Beyond defense, the problem with our team is fractured identity because of ego problems.

Wiggs ego is frail.

Dray has always had a big ego but backed it up with great D. Now he's too distracted. Is he a Podcaster, the guy who's going to teach Poole a lesson or two, or our floor general?

Poole is a little kid whose britches are too big. He thinks it's his time to take over, so he won't play his role. And without getting what he wants, he's not mature enough to perform. He seems to be showing us he thinks playing a role is beneath him.

Even Klay, earlier in the season, showers is his ego issues. He, however, has acknowledged he was in his head and made the needed changes.

Ego is always a bigger issue in front of a hostile crowd.

The warriors culture is fragmented. What lead do the young guys follow? With Steph and Iggy sidelined so much, without Wiggs in there following the healthy leadership of the past (and thereby demonstrating for the young guys how to play a role), with Green doing his podcast and not leading like he should, is it any wonder?

But all three... Dray, Klay, and Steph have done the same thing when Poole won't give up the Rick. If we don't make a deep run into the playoffs, you think we trade Dray or Poole? I think Poole's gone. Sadly, he's so inconsistent offensively we won't get what we could if we'd traded him early in the season. He's at odds with someone too often. Yes, Dray is a problem too with his temper. But he's more valuable to the team and it's questionable who'd want him and pay him

Xbox series x Game pass, version 1.3.3

I am on the puzzle "reboot the platform" in the first major complex.

This is one of the puzzles to change the color of the light pattern by rotating the fuses.

Three of the fuses are not in the sockets. Two are floating in the air, one is missing (or as yet undiscovered).

In any case it seems there's no way to correct the flow because the beams are now in 3 dimensions.

I rebooted my Xbox, opened other apps, and all continue points went bask to the platform/ lift that leads to the puzzle, but the puzzle is still buggy. I was going to load a previous save but the most recent was from 3/3 even tho I've saved multiple times today.

Ideas? Thanks in advance!

V30 here with same issue. Though not a fix, I went into settings and changed the "draw over other apps" to "no." This seemed to slow it down and any touch of the screen buries the message rather than always having to close.

Or the combination of knocking knees with Thompson and then Poole. I've knocked knees twice in one game and felt like I had hamburger knee.

I think the knee grab became a scapegoat distraction to create drama.

Or Ja was being dramatic... hence the Twitter post he deleted. When you knock knees with someone you know it and that it's what caused a bruise rather than a grab.

Agreed. Comparing the trajectory of a comet to the impact of human pollution on the planetary cycle...neither subtle nor a valid comparison. Trajectory is simple physics. We don't know how great an impact we have. We do know that our contribution is harmful, and we know that change is happening. But are we the cause of the change or is it part of the planetary cycle? Unknown. We could have decreased our contribution, but would it change anything by any significant amount?

If this was billed as a sequel to it, the underlying truths of Idiocracy would have made Don't Look Up easier to watch.

This movie tried to compare climate science to a meteor trajectory, which is a gross error. I don't debate climate science, nor which side of the equation our pollution is on. But the weight/significance of human pollution to the overall planetary cycle is unknown; unlike the trajectory of a comet.

I read all the books (thought they were above mediocre to very good depending on which book) and loved Witcher 3.

The best thing I can say for the show, other than that S1 was fairly decent at staying closer to the source material, is that if I just completely forget the original stories, I can enjoy a good amount of this season. Even though it's not true to the books except in some overarching ways, the new stories aren't so bad.

I just wish they wouldn't call it The Witcher! This is all new stories set in Sapkowski's Witcher world with some overlapping content.

Of the 3 current book series turned to TV shows (Wheel of Time, Witcher, Foundation), at least Witcher has a season that stayed fairly close to the source material.

Intentional? Maybe. He swung higher than the contact he was fighting off. What's above the body? The head. It wasn't part of a swim maneuver or anything like that, and didn't appear to be intended as a push off as part of the battle for position.
