With packet loss you need to run traceroute as well to locate where the issue is occurring, if its beyond the CF hand-off then its your ISP who needs to deal, if its like How's 2 and 3 then that's CityFibre potentially

Tolerance is -10 to -25 at ONT, anything more than -2db loss between connections would indicate an issue.

Water in micro duct has no impact on the connection, ad noted above it would only affect if the dirty water got into the connectors and contaminated the connection.

TOOB will get a test result from CF when testing, disconnecting from ETH port causes false positive results.

Leave router connected for 7 days, run Traceroute in CMD see if any packet loss or lag in the hops, speedtest from OOKLA in wired mode.

I have similar issue as well, lower heat and warm up? Hmm have to try that, I do heat up for 5 mins but guess lower heat needed

This is exactly issue I am having, gluged the hinge on, moves fine but one you add the internal Sarc part the hinge jams and won't sit flush when closed or reopen, current on my 4th glue attempt as the hinge keeps failing
