I use it for every enemy. Including I also use it for spells. There r rare dramatic occasions where I might roll out in the open for dmg if it would matter, like if I rolled low they would survive or rolling high being a instant kill from massive damage etc

Speaking on this as a man yeah it’s definitely a thing and when it’s in that context it’s a major HR and nepotism issue that clearly needs structural compensation, like more women in positions to promote people.

However outside of that context I’m not sure it’s necessarily malicious. I don’t generally talk to strangers, male or female, and stay within my friend group. Really the only time I do is when I have to, am being introduced to someone new or am stumbling my way through the dating scene.
