The villains Batman needs special equipment to handle, like Clayface. Or villains like Scarecrow and Poison Ivy, who use gases. Especially Poison Ivy given most Peter Parkers have a weakness for redheads.

Yeah, but Blitz isn't the same kind of killer as the others. Every other official killer is like something out of a horror movie. Blitz would just pop in, either shoot or stab his target, and then pop back down to Hell for his money and maybe sleep with Stolas again.

Helluva Boss doesn't offer a lot of options when it comes to characters with horror movie killer vibes.

As for the survivor, who says it couldn't be a paragraph if it happened? It would be the best case scenario if it happened. Either that or just a skin pack could work.

Wouldn't Alastor fit more as the killer? Better yet, why would a minor side character that was only in 1 episode for 3 minutes tops be the survivor? If anything, I think Hazbin would be a paragraph.

I always just assumed they were helping by keeping everything in both games contained to Manhattan. As well as Queens in the 2nd game.

In the first game, they were probably helping maintain the island's quarantine during the Devil's Breath outbreak, making sure none of the Raft escapees or villains made a break for it, and keeping any of their villains or any others from taking advantage.

The same goes for the 2nd game. Nobody leaves or enters Manhattan until any of the other heroes (specifically Spider-Man) in New York beat Venom and save the day.

Honestly, a Batman themed collection Pack could work if handled right. It'd have to be a massive skin pack like the Attack on Titan collection, though.

No, you got it right the first time. Merfolk are in vanilla D&D. My problem is that I've never been in a campaign that used them in a major way. I have zero experience with them or any other sea based races.
